What SelectMyStack is
A free recommendation engine built specifically for trades and service businesses. Not a generic software directory. Not a pay-to-rank list. A tool that asks 4 questions about your business and tells you exactly what to use, why, and what it will cost.
We cover 45 tools across 18 categories including field service management, invoicing, accounting, phone systems, marketing, payroll, and more. Every tool is manually curated and pricing is verified regularly.
How recommendations work
Our scoring algorithm evaluates every tool based on your vertical, team size, budget, and business stage. The best fit wins. Affiliate relationships are disclosed and never influence rankings. A tool with no affiliate program can still be the top recommendation if it is the right fit for your answers.
Who built it
SelectMyStack is built by Marlisa Odokara, a software engineer and founder of Demicraft Ventures. It started as a side project after watching service business owners waste money on the wrong tools and has grown into a full recommendation engine covering 25 service business niches.
Demicraft also builds Climora AI, a voice AI receptionist for HVAC companies, and UnansweredROI, a tool that calculates the revenue cost of missed calls for service businesses.
